• Basic camping equipment.
• Enough freeze-dried rations to last a month.
• A handgun.
• A fair amount of ammunition for any weapon you may happen to receive that requires it.
• A tranquilizer gun, armed with darts that will put anyone or anything they're fired into to sleep for no less than an hour but no more than six hours at a time.
• A small surveillance camera that can be set up more or less anywhere. Runs on batteries that will eventually need to be recharged. Comes with a small handheld screen for remote viewing, though it doesn't work very well at night.
• What few maps exist of the mountain and the surrounding area, as they stood last anyone knew. There are two sets that appear to be hand-drawn by two different people, though they seem to agree with one another on where major landmarks are and the lay of the land. They also appear to have writing on them in a language no one can understand...
